Overview

We are working with a forward-thinking business looking to hire a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and lead the sales strategy across key markets. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across B2B or B2C sectors (depending on client)
• Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies
• Provide regular sales reporting and performance analysis to leadership

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years’ experience in sales, ideally with some managerial or leadership background
• Demonstrated success in hitting or exceeding targets
• Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Experience with CRMs and digital sales tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
