OBC Recruitment Limited was built from real experience in sales

Before moving into recruitment, we spent years working in sales ourselves. Between us, we have over 10 years of combined experience selling over the phone, face-to-face, running demos, building pipelines, using CRMs and working in growing sales teams.

That is exactly why we started this business.

We saw too many sales roles being filled by recruiters who didn’t truly understand the job. CVs were matched to job specs without really thinking about culture, ambition, mindset or long-term fit. We wanted to change that.
