Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage potential clients through outbound calls emails and social outreach
• Understand customer needs and present tailored product or service solutions
• Manage and grow your own sales pipeline to meet individual and team targets
• Build strong client relationships and provide a high level of customer service
• Accurately maintain CRM records and provide sales reporting when required
• Collaborate with the wider team to improve sales strategies and performance

Ideal Candidate

• One to two years of experience in a sales business development or telesales role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident driven and self motivated
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales software
• Positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow in a fast paced environment
