Overview

We are recruiting for a fast-growing business in London that is looking for a driven and experienced New Business Team Leader. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and is ready to take charge of a team focused on acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of new business executives to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement effective lead generation and outreach strategies
• Provide regular performance reporting and coaching to improve results
• Support onboarding and training to enhance team skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with internal departments to align business development efforts
• Manage your own sales pipeline to lead by example

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in a business development or outbound sales role
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
• Based in or able to travel to London when required
